You and your team closely collaborate with the business, our production organization, where a wide range of analysis is done in exciting areas such as lead time, quality and sustainability.  In the service area business intelligence we develop BI solutions to help our business units make the right strategic and operational decisions. The demand for BI solutions is high and is expected to grow as the need for decision support is growing in most business functions.

As a developer you will work in a closely-knit team together with developers, architects and requirement analysts. You will have the opportunity to take full responsibility from dialogue with business, to design and development of the solution up to cube and front end.

We believe that you are a person who will come up with creative ideas and solutions for how to solve the analysis needs that our business requires. In other words you have great influence in providing the analytics that’s making our business successful. You have a big interest in how the BI solution supports the business value chain.

Your responsibilities
The job as developer comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:

- Participate in the analysis and understanding of business requirements       and design ETL and cube solution
- ETL development in SSIS
- Development of cubes in MS BI platform
- Quality assurance
- Implement integration changes
- You will be part of a development team and interacting with several surrounding stakeholders, within both business and IT
- Take turns to be responsible for support issues and production deployments

Your skills 
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills and knowledge includes:

- Many years’ experience with Microsoft BI development with ETL focus
- Experience from PowerBI development and/or XML parsing is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English and communication skills in Swedish
- Experience of Kanban methodology and continuous integration within BI is a plus
