We are continuously looking for new stars who are ready to take on the challenge as Business Project Manager within the Store Solutions Department, a part of the Global Sales & Operations function.

The Store Solution Departments supports the sales and store operations world-wide by building modern retail solutions. With the mission to modernize the stores within the H&M group we work to develop our stores and to offer a great customer experience. We are driving change for the H&M group within areas such as digital and mobile experiences in store, checkout, payments, stock management, music solutions, store tools, communication and collaboration tools for staff etc. This is done in close collaboration with central functions and country organizations.

Our projects are global and cover all our stores, brands and markets (+4.500 stores, six brands, +60 markets and growing).

As Business Project Manager, your work can range from exploring a new development idea to development of a new solution followed by implementation in our sales markets.

Your main responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

·       Capturing and analyzing business needs

·       Qualifying new development ideas through business cases and pre-studies

·       Leading the development of new store solutions from a business perspective

·       Working closely to country managements, local project teams and central functions to secure smooth country implementations

·       Driving business change management within country projects to ensure operational readiness and successful user implementations

·       Supporting several country project implementations in parallel

·       Driving and implementing improvement initiatives

·       Driving continuous improvements in ways of working

A successful candidate should have the following qualifications/experiences:

·       A Master’s degree in business/economics and/or engineering

·       Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience

·       Ideally you have a background in retail and have been working with business development in an international and cross functional environment

·       Proven project management skills and experience in achieving results, both through own responsibilities and by leading others

·       Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills and can communicate in a simple and straight forward way

·       Business change management experience is valuable

·       Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and verbal
