Position Summary:

5G is coming soon, and Quality and Release Management in I&V is one of the early leader in bringing it to market. With the commercial launch of 5G expected in 2020, and pre commercial trails already happening now, there has never been a better time for you to make your mark.

• To be able to meet this future, a brand new framework MJE/JCAT implementation is proposed, thus the need to strengthen our team to succeed in our journey is essential
• As a Radio software architect, you will guide teams implementing new ideas and technologies for 5G NR and OTA and AAS and  evolution radio networks. This role will cooperate closely with other software architects in the organization and other organizations Radio SW and BPV.
• Our architect in QRM will need to drive solutions for Node/Module  verification and with governance towards  Chengdu, Lund, Ottawa and Beijing.
• You will participate in pre-development and maintenance, create roadmaps and/or break down roadmap ideas into actual working packages. 
• Predicting the future is fun. Inventing it is powerful. We do both!

Responsibilities:

• Drive the architecture implementation and guardians in Radio QRM
• Guiding the cross functional teams in defining, implementing and documenting the SW architecture
• Communicating the wanted SW architecture
• Guarding the SW architecture and make sure everyone is using it and using it correctly
• Innovate and plan for new architecture changes
• Manage risk identification and risk mitigation strategies associated with the architecture
• Cooperate with the early phases work, such as pre-development
• Participate in evolving SW technology, tools and execution environment

 
Required Experience

• SW Architecture
• Experience in SW system design and SW Analyze Tools
• Knowledge in object oriented SW design in MJE/JCAT
• Knowledge in Radio Products and Radio systems

• Experience in designing and implementing new Frameworks (on MJE/JCAT- a plus)
• As a person: you have strong technical drive and interest, you are a proven team player and continuously works to improve Time Ro Market and cost.
