IT Service Coordinator i Stockholm

We are now looking for an IT Service Coordinator to our Infrastructure and Operations division. The position is based within “Facility Services” where you will work with our daily delivery of our Co-Location datacenter service. The pace is high and we always challenge each other to think outside the box. 

In this role, you will be working in the Co-location Datacenter service area and be part of our common long-term initiative to develop our service offering, processes and our way of working. Your daily work contains a lot of different interesting and important tasks like follow up delivery from our external suppliers, communicate with internal stakeholders within and outside the organization, facilitating global deployment of Co-location services and follow up tasks and escalations in the area. 

You will work close with other team to ensure our common service delivery to our stakeholders in the countries. You will also support stakeholders in Co-location datacenter questions. A new and important task will be to follow up the process and compliance with the rack allocation process and tool for our distributed IT spaces and racks. 

The Co-location datacenter area is on the way to streamline and package our service for easy delivery to our stakeholders where you will contribute to establishing and improving service, processes and way of working. This makes it important that you have the drive and capability to be part of this development.

Your responsibilities

The job of a IT Service Coordinator at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun. 

Your to do-list includes:
- communicate with stakeholders within and outside the organization 
- facilitating global deployment of the Colo services by following up delivery from suppliers 
- identify areas of improvement within the delivery 
- contribute to establishing and improving service, processes and wow 
- documenting guidelines and preparing presentation material 
- working together with other team to ensure our common service delivery 
- follow up the process and compliance with the rack allocation process and tool for our distributed IT spaces and racks
- administrate and follow up tickets and incidents within the area
- support stakeholders in Colocation and datacenter questions 

Your skills

Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. 

And your skills include:

- Minimum 3 years of experience and knowledge of working with:
- datacenter services and solutions

and/or:

- server
- storage
- network

Meriting is experience from:
- process development
- vendor management

You are good in communication both in Swedish and English, orally and writing.
