IT Sourcing Manager i Stockholm

We are looking for an IT Sourcing Manager for our RSA Scandinavia IT sourcing team covering Trygg-Hansa ,Codan DK and Codan NO.

The team is responsible for category management, strategic sourcing and supplier development programs related to all areas within IT and stretches from highly complex IT projects to setting up SOW’s with IT Consultants. Through clear and well-established processes, consistency and professionalism the sourcing team plays a key role in continuously developing and optimizing the IT area within Trygg-Hansa and Codan.

You will as an  IT Sourcing Manager drive and participate in major Sourcing, outsourcing and SRM projects, with focus on minimizing our costs, mitigating risk, optimizing processes and enhancing the quality of services delivered by our suppliers to our organization in alignment with our pre-defined category strategies and business stakeholder’s priorities.

The position will require that you build strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams and use your skills to influence supplier relationships and utilize your effective negotiation and influencing skills to maximize the value in supplier contracts.

As this is a Nordic position there will be a limited requirement to travel within Scandinavia. You will be based in our office in Stockholm but expected to have some travel to Copenhagen and Oslo.

Responsibilities

•  In cooperation with internal stakeholders, establish category strategies, which accurately reflect business priorities and supply market dynamics.
  
• Perform category management and execute strategic initiatives according to category strategy delivering results from projects and BAU. 
  
• Address approx 30% of category spend in average yearly through strategic sourcing within  agreed polices, processes, time, cost and target
  
• Follow-up, report and secure needed actions per sub-category to support delivery of savings according to best practice saving levels. 
  
• Create a cross-functional understanding and commitment to the category strategy and establish effective category communication to both internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Actively support growth and ensure success of strategic deals.
  
• Promote and contribute to the learning organization and the development of RSA Supply chain to ensure implementation of best practice across  the sourcing organization
  

 Personal and professional qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience within IT Sourcing
  
• Experience with dealing with major stakeholders and strategically important Global IT suppliers preferably in the area of  IT Consultancy & Application Management
  
• Experience in project management
  
• Strong negotiation skills and legal knowledge in contract creation & management
  
• Strong business, strategic and tactical skills 
  
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in at least one Nordic language and professional command of English
  
• Understanding of all aspects of Supply chain and deep knowledge of Category management and Strategic IT sourcing
  
• University degree, MSc or similar  preferably with a focus on purchasing or other academic qualifications / experience relevant to the service
