Seller Support for a New Project within H&M New Business

Are you a true problem solver ready for a new challenge where you will make a big difference? Then you might be the Seller Support we are looking for!

H&M New business group currently consist of six separate brands: COS, & Other Stories, Monki, WEEKDAY, Cheap Monday and H&M Home. Our brands are facing rapid expansion and on top of this we are also actively working with various development projects to add new businesses to the New Business portfolio. Are you willing to be a key player for one of the most challenging projects ever made within the group, Project 12?

Overall role
 
As Seller Support you provide timely and accurate operational support and service to partners and our Customer Care team. You should find process improvements, develop internal documentation, and contribute to the team environment by creating and performing training for other areas of our business.

You will work closely together with other departments such as Customer Care, Key Account Management and Product Catalogue Administrators to resolve partners and customers’ issues and questions.

Main responsibilities
  • Ensuring the smooth daily operation of our business for customers and partners.
  • Supporting and educating other areas of the business particularly the Customer Care Team.
  • Case management and escalations.
  • Creation and continuous optimization in way of working.
  • Administrative tasks including documentation and reporting on results.
We are looking for

A Seller Support with a high ambition and energy to drive our business forward. You are a person who loves talking to new people and assisting where you can. You need to be able to inspire and coach others through your knowledge and we see that you have a passion for helping customers.

You will work in close collaboration with team members such as Customer Care, Buying and IT. Previous experience of working in a project is beneficial.

Requirements

  • Experience working with different business systems
  • Have excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with different types of roles
  • Structured, flexible and innovative
  • A practical multitasker, who can focus on the detail whilst never losing sight of the bigger picture.
  • Be service minded       
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a B2B and B2C environment
  • Fluent in Swedish and English both verbal and written.
