Hi!

I need a People Development Specialist to drive forward and be responsible for learning and development at my department Tele2 Way@Work. We have really great people at Tele2 and we are talented, always set to learn and develop, striving for unlocking our true potentials. The most natural way to do so is in our day-to-day jobs, interaction with colleagues, networking and so on, and this is great, but we need something more to complement this.

And this is why we need your experience and bold ideas to how we challenge the traditional ways of learning and development. We know that one size does not fit all. We want to offer different kinds of methods for different kinds of senses and you love to motivate and develop people! We want to ensure that our leaders are incredible and our people have the tools to learn new skills and develop existing ones.

You master both Swedish and English fluently in speech and writing. 

The position is based in our brand new office in Kista.
