Are you an expert on Email Marketing and dream of working with one of the largest fashion retailers in the world? We are looking for a driven Email Marketing Responsible to join the H&M Global Media Channels team.

The position is permanent and based in Stockholm.

This is an opportunity to manage one of H&Ms biggest marketing channels and deliver inspiring and relevant emails to customers worldwide. As a member of the Global Media Channels team, you will be part of the Global Marketing department at H&M which focuses on building brand awareness and drive traffic and selling to our stores, with the help of our different media channels. As Email Marketing Responsible you will join a team of marketing professionals, helping to develop and optimize the H&M communications strategy both on and offline, with regional and global reach.

The responsibilities will among others include:
• Primary responsibility; to manage the email marketing channel, including global email communication strategy and execution, acting as key point of contact for email strategy on a global and regional level, for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive future strategic and technical development of the email marketing channel to deliver a personalized customer experience and strong growth.
• Lead internal and external teams to optimize the channel and deliver to set goals.
• Cooperate with content and creative teams to secure that the email experience is in line with overall email strategy.
• Drive initiatives to increase customer loyalty, traffic and sales in-store and online.
• Responsible for budget, setting KPIs and profitability goals.
• Responsible for the evaluation, analysis & follow up of the overall performance of the channel.
• Secure reporting capabilities and anchor with relevant stakeholders within the organization, in close collaboration with Web Analysts and the CRM team.
• Communicate insights and learnings to stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Develop and support way of working, process & methods for the channel.
• Develop and implement a test strategy in collaboration with relevant departments (IT, Customer Analysis, Design etc).

We would like you to have
• 3-5 years of experience within email and digital marketing
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for customer centric data driven communications
• A balanced mix of branding, customer and commercial focus
• Experience of handling complex cross-functional responsibilities and teams, incl. creative teams, IT, developers, business stakeholders, analysts etc
