Senior .Net Developer at Scania i Sodertalje

Your responsibilities
Most of our solutions are business critical and requires high performance and high maintainability. Focus areas ahead is to further develop the solutions with modern cloud-based technology and improve automation of tests.
You will be part of  a development team where you will be working with a focus on development deliverables, system requirements, testing, support and release management.
 
You will adopt an agile approach to work, with technical variation and customer/business contact at a company with a good working environment. Most of our teams value social interaction and provide great team spirit amongst each other.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with experience and good knowledge from Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, .NET Core and SQL. You should have an degree in IT or equivalent experience, complemented with a minimum of 3-5 year’s developing experience.

It is meritorious if you have experience from micro-service architecture, Jenkins, Docker, Scrum and has been working with cloud services such as Amazon Web Services.

If you also have worked with test driven development and automation of tests it is very positive.
We expect applicants to be curious, have excellent problem-solving skills and to have a genuine interest in developing in the role as system developer.

To be successful in this role you will also need to have good communication skills and feel comfortable working closely with several parties within the business. You are a team player, but are also capable of working independently.
As the corporate language is English, you need to be proficient in written and spoken English.
 
The location
Scania headquarter is located less than 40 km south of Stockholm city. It is easily accessible by regional train, commuter train, bus or car. Scania's own bus line, Scania Job Express, goes from Stockholm city directly to Scania in Sodertalje.
