Saab graduate leadership programme - Project Manager i Arboga

For more than a year, you will participate in an international programme that is uniquely designed to boost your career as well as to provide you with the right toolbox to develop as a leader. From day one, you will be appointed to a position with permanent employment at one of Saab’s sites worldwide.

You will be a part of Department Communications who is responsible for high level techics within the communication area. The area is growing and have an exciting future both in business and technique.

During the programme, you will get the opportunity to create an overall understanding of the company that will prepare you for an exciting future together with us. Your development will be aligned with Saab’s business goals and the programme will enable you to contribute to our business and take part in actual projects.

We are looking for a young candidate who is willing to grow and become our next Project leader for our upcomming large projects within the area of Communications.

To be able to take the step to become our next talented project leader you have a mix of technical, economic and leadership skills. It's important that you are curious about how the different technical parts stick togheter with the overall system. We gladly see that you have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in either engineering or industrial economy.

Some positions have tasks including defense secrecy. In such circumstances it will be required of you to conduct and receive an approved security clearance by responsible authorities.
