Full-Stack Engineer – Home Consumer Electronics i Stockholm

We are looking for an experienced Engineer to join our Home Consumer Electronics product area at our Headquarters in Stockholm. In Home CE, we are focusing on making Spotify the best possible experience in the home. We work with all kinds of technologies and devices including Touch, Voice, TVs, Speakers, Spotify Connect etc. In this role you will be working mostly with TVs but across several different technologies ranging from our JavaScript SDK to our internal C & C++ libraries. You should be comfortable to tackle problems regardless of technical stack at the same time you should enjoy working with third parties and external integrations. You should also enjoy working together in a team with other engineers, product managers, agile coaches etc.

What you’ll do

You and your team will work in close relationship with Spotify’s different partners in, mainly, the TV space.
You will be part of managing both business and technical relationship with said partners.
You will collaborate closely with other engineers and become a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional team.
You will help the team plan, design and craft maintainable and easily reusable integrations in an iterative manner.
With your help, the team will ensure that our users experience is the very best it can be.
Be part of exploring future system design and improving our architecture in a complex domain.

A degree in Computer Science or a similar area and music experience are bonuses but not mandatory
You will work from our Stockholm, Sweden location and potentially travel to meet with partners and other teams at Spotify.
