MTGSystems Coordinator – Business Support Systems i Stockholm

MTG Tech, a daughter company of Modern Times Group (MTG), operates and develops technology platforms and solutions across MTG’s geographical footprint. To drive these operations, MTG Tech employs approximately 60 people across six different departments, focusing on product, distribution and IT systems development. Products, such as boxes and apps, distribution, such as satellite and internet delivery and IT systems such as billing, CRM and encryption, are all being managed and developed within MTG Tech.

What we want you to do

We are looking for someone who can coordinate activities within the Business Support Systems (BSS) team and support system owners of a range of systems spanning from Finance, CRM and billing to HR, legal and collaboration systems and tools. As systems coordinator you’ll plan, prioritize and follow up tasks with both internal and external stakeholders, hands-on manage and administer day-to-day system activities, support in various projects and help documenting and implementing best practices and processes. You’ll play an important role in providing and maintaining top quality support systems critical for the success of the MTG business.

What we ask of you

We believe you are a person who enjoys digging into the details to find practical solutions on specific tasks or problems as well as planning and coordinating activities between customers, suppliers and colleagues. You have experience from working with business support systems, maybe within Operations or Support or similar. You like working in a team environment where you combine the expertise of colleagues and customers with a service-oriented mindset, personal drive and a structured hands-on approach to getting things done. Over-time you can see yourself moving into a more senior position with more responsibilities, e.g. as system owner or project manager.

• At least 3 years of experience from IT systems, e.g. within finance, CRM or HR, preferably within Media, Utilities or Telecommunications.
• Academic degree/education is a plus, however relevant working experience, a will to learn and a strong commitment and drive is more important.
• Hands-on experience of Business Support/ERP systems e.g. the Atlassian tools, Microsoft Dynamics or CRM systems is a plus.
• Fluent speaking and writing in both Swedish and English
