The Global Brand Experience Centres is a newly created department within Global Consumer Experience. The department has the overall responsibility to lead the creation, implementation and continuous update of the global brand experience strategy for Volvo Cars experience facilities. There are three teams within the department that you will lead and develop:
The department consist of around twenty co-workers divided into three teams with three group managers.
As Head of Global Brand Experience Centres you will be part of the Global Retail Management Team (part of Global Consumer Experience), reporting to Oscar Bertilsson Olsborg, VP Global Retail. You will create a broad network across the company with functions such as Marketing, Corporate Communication, R&D, Marketing and Design.
Who are you?
We are looking for persons that are passionate about building strong teams and strong brands. You have a university degree in marketing or any other appropriate topic. Experience from creating top class consumer experiences centres is a plus. You have a minimum of 10 of years of relevant working experience as well as managerial experience. As a person, you are customer focused, visionary, strategic, and always drives for perfection and you are a great team player.
