Om tjänsten

Are you experienced in the agile way of working and an inspiring and proactive leader with a passion for teamwork and constant improvement?

Take the chance to become our new Agile Delivery Leader / Release Train Engineer (RTE) and have a key role in our agile transformation journey. You will be a part of a fast-moving international environment where you as a RTE you will drive and support our journey in agile transformation and coordinate the execution of a scaled agile program (release train) using the SAFe framework. You will be responsible for coordination of IT program delivery, agile execution lead, agile coaching of Scrum Masters and teams.

You will be a part of a delivery area that is responsible for systems supporting our business planning processes within the H&M Production Office.
