Commercial Analyst, Scania Connected Services and Solutions i Sodertalje

Connectivity and digitalisation are disruptive technologies that changes old traditional industries and enables growth and development of new business models. Scania Connected Services and Solutions aim is to develop, implement and sell services and packaged solutions as well as to leverage the benefits of connectivity within all parts of Scania.
 
This role is a part of the sales team. The sales team’s mission is to make transport operators more sustainable and profitable through digitalisation. The sales team consists of sales professionals with accountability for digital service sales. Example of current service portfolio covers Scania Fleet Management-, Scania Driver Services and Scania Tachograph Services as well as Scania Ecolution and Scania Trailer Telematics. The task for the sales group is to develop, drive and improve sales of these services to reach regional and global sustainability-, profitability- and sales volume targets.
 
Responsibilities
The Commercial Analyst within Connected Services & Solutions manages and improves analytical reporting processes as well as administrational and customer operational activities. The activities aim at generating a better understanding of sales performance, value drivers and to improve operational efficiency.
 
The Commercial Analyst:

• participates in strategic and commercial initiatives.
• is accountable to develop and improve sales- and operational KPI reporting.
• manages customer operational- and administrational tasks.
• travels to international markets occasionally.

This is a broad role in a fast changing environment which enables the right candidate to learn and explore commercial management in the heart of disruptive technology change management.
 
Your profile
The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit with an analytical and pragmatic approach. Experience from analytical tasks, business controlling as well as a broad understanding of sales- and marketing will be highly valued.
 
You need to be well-organised, be able to handle multiple priorities and enjoy working in a multicultural cross functional environment.
 
Team player with an ability to deliver on time. Comfortable to share best practises and curious to learn from others while being eager to improve and develop.
 
Good communication skills and fluency in English is a prerequisite. Other languages are a bonus. You have a university degree in Business or Engineering.
