Application Expert SAP EWM i Stockholm

Are you ready for an exciting opportunity as an Application Expert within a challenging and fun area at H&M IT Logistics?

In this role you will be part of our Warehouse Online/EWM team, and thereby be one of the key players to get the EWM platform running around the world.

The solution is based on SAP and as Application Expert you will have an important role to develop, roll out and improve our EWM solution worldwide. You will be responsible for identify and define business requirements and ensure that these are realized in our systems to ensure that the solution fulfills our business needs. Your ability to translate business requirements into an efficient IT-solution is a success factor for you, and dependent upon your experience and ambition, the role may contain technical as well as functional aspects. You will be part of a highly skilled team which provides a state-of-the art solution for the business.

As an Application Expert you will work closely with Logistics business, vendors and the program. You are able to understand operational details and the system landscape. This requires high skills in communication, an analytic mind and a dedicated focus on overcoming problems. You will be a part of a growing team that today consists of around 15 persons including business experts with a mix of H&M employees and consultants. As an Application Expert at H&M you will work at a global IT department, that means that the roles will include travelling both within and outside Sweden.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have experience as Application Expert in SAP EWM or other WCS systems. You are straightforward and open minded, flexible, yet structured. You like to work in a high working pace, are non-prestigious and a good ability to work individually.

Your responsibilities

The job of an Application Expert at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun. It will give you the opportunity to get to know the business and other stakeholders, and you will also work closely to other surrounding systems. Your background, experience and ambition will be taken under consideration when we specify your role and responsibilities, but the primary tasks for the open position are:

- Rollout and operational readiness

- GAP/FIT analysis with Business project manager

- Documentations of GAP

- Update Functional Specification – Solutions documentation

- Go-live planning with cut-over lead

- Test planning with test-lead

- Training sessions for stakeholders connected to the Go-live

- Plan go-live with country management and align with other initiative

- Business change activities together with Business RO Manager

- Hand over Application Management to super user

Your skills

And your skills include:

- Experience from SAP EWM or other WCS systems

- Relevant business experience from logistics or e-commerce

- Experienced user of office-related automation tools

- Great communication skills, both written and oral, in English

Qualifying

- Knowledge of SAP ECC, Retail, Business Warehouse, Enterprise Portals

- Experience in ALM, Jira, Service Manager

- Business process experience in SAP MM and SD
