We are happy to announce an exciting role as Group Manager for our Store Development team. Are you looking for an opportunity to lead and develop a creative and talented team, then this might be the role for you?!

 

H&M Home is a brand within the New Business Group at H&M that currently consists of seve  separate brands: COS, & Other Stories, H&M Home, Monki, Weekday, Cheap Monday and ARKET. Each brand has their own management team who sets the strategies and manages operations to ensure growth and profitability through colleagues, best customer offer, constant improvements and expansion.

 

As a group, we see great potential for H&M Home to become a strong player in the global interior industry and are therefore investing in further developing and building the brand and its organization. Started in 2009 we are currently present on 46 markets through 332 shop-in-shops and on 38 markets online at hm.com.

 

Store Development at H&M Home

 

The Store Development team within H&M Home is responsible for creating the store design for all H&M Home Concept stores. Our mission is to create a strong brand statement and an outstanding customer experience that makes us the No.1 choice in every location – which means creating personal, inspiring on trend and commercial store environments on the most prominent locations in the world!

 

As Group Manager for Store Development team you will be the leader of a experienced team that today consists of Project leaders, Architect, Interior Buyer, Store Planner and Interior Designer. We work closely together using our different competences and experiences to work towards our common goal, to create the best customer experience through inspiring and commercial Concept Stores.

 

Your responsibilities

 

We are looking for a strong leader who enjoys coaching a team of experts, sees the overall picture, have both an analytical as well as creative mindset and keeps our customer’s perspective in mind at all times. Your main responsibilities are:

  • Overall team responsibility including setting goals, priorities and ensure result for the team.
  • Leading the team and develop talents

Your profile

 

Just like everyone at H&M, we believe that you are: social, straight forward, open-minded, communicative and an ambitious team player full of drive and a positive attitude. We also believe that you:

  • Have an academic background and approximately 5-10 years of work experience and proven leadership experience.
  • Have experience of working in a creative environment (such as production, marketing, architecture, design or other equivalent business).
  • Have project management skills and value a qualitative output.

  • Analytical, creative, driven, take own initiatives and are result oriented.
  • Flexible, perceptive, lack prestige and have a passion for own responsibility, fast pace, team work and innovation.

This is a full time position, based at the H&M Home Head Office in Stockholm city. You will report to H&M Home Head of Marketing & Communications.
