Delivery Area Architect - Office 365 or ServiceNow i Stockholm

We are now looking for two Delivery Area Architects to take on the business of IT as its customer. We offer a high pace and many challenges, as well as many opportunities to make a difference.

 

You will be a part of the area Shared Systems, that is accountable for a mix of IT services – targeting both IT and our business with over 20,000 users at H&M. It’s an area in transformation and will provide many challenges going forward!

 

Were we find the platform ServiceNow – that gives automation and tool support for most of IT’s (ITIL) processes including a self-service portal and financial steering tools. It’s also a candidate for a future ERP system for IT, a journey that have only just started. The majority of IT’s development tools (like JIRA, Teamcity, Dynatrace etc) are supported and maintained by “DOT” (Development and Operations Tools). This together with the current tool for IT Financial Management (FAB) is the base for the delivery today, but the area is growing and new services are added during the year.

 

One new and fast-growing area are services based upon Office 365, it ranges from standardized training to application development. Our goal is to drive optimal utilization of shared HM group Services for productivity, collaboration and communication.

 

In your role as a Delivery Area Architect you ensure that the architecture is aligned with H&M architecture guidelines. You are structured, like to work toward a goal and delivery but in the same time pragmatic. You realize the business needs into an efficient IT delivery. As a Delivery Area Architect, you are curious, ambitious and want to make a difference.

Your responsibilities

 

The job of an Delivery Area Architect at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun.

 

Your to do-list includes:

 

- Realize business needs into an efficient IT delivery
- Ensure that the architecture is aligned with H&M architecture guidelines and principles
- Coordinate and steer the architecture work within the area. As a Delivery Area Architect, you work closely with the head architect of Shared Systems to create a target architecture and roadmap for the area and maintain overarching plans.
- Report architectural deviations and have a plan how/when to move in the right direction
- Technical evaluation of solutions and products
- Lead our solution architects from a tactical and strategic perspective as well as coach, motivate and delegate
- Analyzing trends in technology, system, tools and methods within the area
- Take an active role in architecture cross-forums
- Represent architecture perspective regarding project and maintenance steering
- Carry out risk assessments
- Responsibility that the architecture is communicated both within the area and to the stakeholders outside the team.
- Participate in our delivery with solution architecture support

 

Your skills

And your skills include:

 

- Experience of working in larger IT organizations and/or larger projects
- Minimum 2 years of experience with similar roles
- Deep and broad technical experience
- Experience in taking an active part / leading change management initiatives
- Experience in IT frameworks such as ITIL, ITOM, IT4IT and capability modeling is preferred
- Experience in procurement of IT Solutions
- Competence in realizing a service oriented delivery
- Experience of Cloud architecture and SaaS solutions
- Service minded, enjoy a high pace and like to work in a constantly improving environment
- A pro-active mindset and way of working
- Experience of knowledge of ServiceNow or Office 365
- Ability to transform vision into reality
- Have good communication skills, both written and orally in Swedish and English

 

Its meritorious if you have knowledge of Agile Development, Scrum, Dev Ops, Splunk and JIRA.
