The department operate within Corporate HR and is responsible within the areas of Corporate Pensions, Group Employee Benefits and Executive Benefits
In order to further develop our global Centre of competence within these areas, we are looking for a person who can strengthen the existing team.
Job description
The responsibility will be to take on the administration role and coordinate within the areas of pension, group life insurances as well as alternative pensions. Initially the major tasks will be related to the Swedish labour market but the international arena is in scope as well. The overall objective is to ensure competitive and cost effective solutions for the company set-up of pension and benefits.

We are looking for a person with a high level of integrity and accuracy. You are self-motivated, takes initiatives with a service and solution oriented mindset. You enjoy administrative work and put an honour in delivering high quality on time within the existing framework of governance and compliance. MS Office is a familiar software and you have especially high skills in Excel. In your profession you have good knowledge and experience in the area of pension and life insurances. Language wise fluency in Swedish and English is a necessity.
