Junior JavaScript Developer i Stockholm

TV4 Play and C More are two of the greatest streaming services on the Swedish market and our websites are of course among the most popular platforms to consume our content. We are expanding our in-house development team and are looking for a Junior JavaScript Developer with the ambition of bringing the best online video experience there is to our users.

The Role

We are looking for an ambitious JavaScript developer with a great interest and ambition to improve their knowledge and skills in JavaScript development and the evolving standards as well as having an interest in learning more about video streaming online. Together with the current player team you will be developing the HTML5 Player project serving both TV4 Play as well as C More.

You will be a part of a team with great domain knowledge and experience regarding our specific setup and needs. Together with the senior resources in the team you will discuss and be a part of deciding the development process setup as well as code standards and architectural design.

• Interest in learning to write clean, secure, scalable code.

• A great interest of modern JavaScript. Including module bundling, ES6 etc.

• Interest of learning good software architecture and patterns.

• You are expected to grow into being a part of constantly improving the architecture and functionality of our player as well as the development processes and environments.

• Engaged to bring the best experience to our customers.

• Passion, energy, enthusiasm – love to work in a team and look at the team as a strong single player rather than a group of individuals.
