Global Expansion is responsible for all aspects of creating our H&M Group stores; to lease, design, draw, buy, build and maintain each store. The global Expansion team consists of around 200 employees, most of them based in Sweden.
We are now looking for a Regional Manager to join the Global Facility Management team. Are you the one we are looking for?
 
Work description
Would you like to be a part of the global development of Facility Management in H&M? Then this position is the one for you! As a Regional Manager you will both be a part of the global development of Facility Management in the H&M Group and also provide strategic support to the a number of country Facility Management organizations. Additional responsibility in this position is to drive improvements and actions in processes, methods and tools for a selected number of areas within Facility Management.
Facility Management is an essential part of the company and has a big impact on the quality of the stores, operational costs and sustainability. This role plays an important role within the company and to be successful you need to have the ability and interest to optimize each part of the delivery of the Facility Management Services by working in an open minded, strategic and structured way.
Globally the Facility Management team consists of around 300 people. You will be reporting to the Head of Facility Management within Global Expansion and work in close cooperation with the different functions in Global Expansion as well as other global functions in the company. In addition you will work closely with the country Facility Management organizations. This position will be based in Stockholm but will require travelling.
 
Profile

The successful candidate should also have the following qualifications/skills:
  • Degree in business or engineering
  • At least 5 years of working experience (Facility Management/Real Estate/Construction/Retail is meriting)
  • Strong interest in doing business 
  • Result oriented with a strong track record
  • Excellent Leadership skills
  • Ambitious, have a strong sense of rational thinking and good communication skills
  • Have a positive attitude with no prestige
  • International experience is meriting
  • Open for extensive travelling
  • Fluency in English
