Relationship Marketing Manager i Sundbyberg

We are looking for a Relationship Marketing Manager to Swedbank's team Campaign Management Sweden within business area Group Customer Value Management (GCVM). Campaign Management Sweden is on an exciting journey, changing from a manual push driven approach to data driven interactions with focus on customer life events and needs. We are looking for you who can contribute to that path and are driven by creating business and customer value by working with 1-2-1 communication.

About the job

Business area GCVM (Group Customer Value Management) is responsible for strengthening customer loyalty through proactive, relevant and tailored offers based on insights from customer behavior, propensity models, channel interactions and other data sources.

As part of Campaign Management Sweden you will help us transform from current way of working with ad-hoc one off campaigns towards an automated data driven approach connected to customer life event based journeys. You will be responsible of designing those life event based journeys and lead the implementation; i.e. to identify, plan, execute and follow up 1-2-1 recommendations to support those life events.

Main responsibilities are;

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of customer interaction journeys based on life events
  • Ensure that sales and customer satisfaction targets connected to your customer interaction journeys are achieved
  • Provide your colleagues with knowledge sharing regarding automated data driven recommendations

What you need to succeed

We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating customer value, with deep experience of 1-2-1 marketing across inbound and outbound channels.

If you have a proven track record of increasing customer satisfaction as well as sales revenue by automated proactive recommendations; preferably with a customer journey approach in the financial industry, then you might be the one we are looking for. Adding on a prestigeless and positive attitude, self-motivated and results-driven nature and a dedication to deliver high quality, then we certainly want to meet you.

Being fluent in Swedish, both written and oral, as well as experience from automated campaign management is a must.

What you may have worked with previously

Customer Journey Manager, CRM Manager, Campaign Manager CRM or similar.
