Swedish Digital Banking IT Division is increasing forces in Digital Lending value stream and forming new full-stack self-organized Agile team in Vilnius with product owners in Stockholm. This team will contribute in digitalizing and improving lending services in web and mobile channels so that our customers could get the best digital experience and support in making important decisions in their life.
Who we are?
We are Digital Banking division with employees located in Sweden, Lithuania and Estonia. Across this division we are working together in autonomous cross-functional teams in value streams that take full responsibility for deliveries in their area - starting from idea up to development and maintenance. Our deliveries are visible to 3.8 million Swedish internet bank and 2.5 million Swedish mobile bank customers.

How does recruitment process look like?
There will be 2 steps. In the 1st meeting you‘ll meet as a recruiter and as this team’s manager. This interview will be based more on your CV, personality and motivation.
For the second step we‘ll invite you to visit us once more. We‘ll give you a written code, a task to review it and then share your insights with our developers.
