The Trainee Program is an important part of our story and has kick-started successful careers for many of its participants. As a Management Trainee you work directly with one of our senior managers on diverse, exciting and often complex projects in areas like project management, strategy, pitching ideas, presenting and planning projects and building partnerships.

During the year, our Trainees focus both on the business and their own development and get coaching and leadership training within various areas.

The Management Trainee Program starts during August 2018. You will get the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and/or senior Management of MTG to kick-start an extremely exciting career in a fast-paced media company. You will spend 12 months supporting and working closely with one of our senior managers on varied and often complex projects in different areas of the business. You will face a steep learning curve, and receive hands-on experience of leadership, communications, analytics and sales within media.

The Management Trainee Program will give you a strong insight into the Swedish and the Nordic media landscape. This includes Sweden’s four Business Areas; Free-TV (with brands like TV3, TV6, TV8 and TV10), Viafree (old TV3Play, TV6Play, TV8Play and TV10Play merged into one platform), Pay-TV (Viasat and Viaplay) and Radio (RIX FM, Lugna Favoriter, Bandit Rock, Power Hit Radio and Star FM) as well as insights in MTG’s Operations in Finland, Denmark and Norway and UK. You will also be a part of a network of talented people within Nordic Entertainment Group.

• A recent graduate or a few years of working experience since graduation
• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Engineering or similar
• Great interest in the rapidly changing media industry
• “Street smart” and ability to excel both in and outside the academic world
• Team-player with strong communication skills
• Fluent speaking and writing in both English and Swedish
