Café Manager to It's Pleat i Stockholm

It’s PLEAT is a new café concept developed by the H&M Group which was launched in November 2017. The concept wants to inspire to healthier choices in a balanced and non-dictating way. We call it a healthy-ish approach to life. Do you want to join and help develop It’s PLEAT together with us?

The role:

As a Café manager you will make sure that your team provides the best service and experience for all café visitors. You will secure a high quality in all operational aspects of the café and you will lead by example. You will make sure that your team (10-15 employees) are good ambassadors for the brand and well updated when it comes to concept, products and sales activities.

Some areas of responsibility:

• To create an inspiring café environment and contribute to building It’s PLEAT’s community.
• To organize and lead the daily work.
• To be responsible for sales and constantly strive to improve and make operations more efficient together with our Operations Area Responsible.

Results oriented and responsible with a clear goal. You take initiative to drive and execute new plans and ideas together with your team. You strive to find solutions and work constantly to improve efficiency – you make things happen. You are a motivational and enthusiastic leader who always work to create a good atmosphere and motivated staff.
