Fintech & Innovation Analyst i Sundbyberg

As a Fintech & Innovation Analyst you will be responsible for evaluating potential Fintech collaboration opportunities for Swedbank. You will take on a specific innovation area that the bank wants to pursue and deliver a recommendation on how to go about pursuing this innovation and with what potential partner.

The analysis you will be responsible for conducting will primarily focus of creation of customer value (private or corporate) which needs to be verified in customer tests, but also Swedbank value in terms of business case. It is also essential that you lead the partner evaluation in a responsible manner and that you ensure proper risk assessment. You will have support from specific competences in delivering all this, but you will be overall responsible for delivering the analysis on time and with great quality.

You will be part of the Digital Innovation unit within Digital Banking, a team that focuses both on internal innovation and open innovation together with Fintech companies. You are expected to be flexible and help out with other Fintech related project activities as needed.

We expect you to have/be:

• Previous work experience from a fast-moving digital company is essential
• Experience from banking or Fintech is preferred
• At least a Bachelor degree in Business and/or Engineering
• Naturally curious about new digital solutions in general and Fintech specifically
• Senior enough to independently plan what you need to do to reach your deliverables
• Excellent written English and good communication skills in general
  
  

You will be reporting to Emma Strömfelt, Head of Digital Innovation, and thus join a fast moving, and fast growing small team within Swedbank that loves all things digital. We are determined to innovate our way to the future of banking, both through our own means and in partnership with Fintech companies. We are focused on leveraging all the great assets that the Swedbank group brings in doing so. We work across all existing areas and have freedom to investigate and recommend new areas or technologies that could be beneficial to the group.
