Business Analysts for requirements and test i Sundbyberg

Release & Delivery Management is a new department responsible for IT delivery at Swedbank Försäkring. We will be organized in cross functional agile teams with main focus on "Ship it".

You will, together with team members, be involved in the development process from start to finish. In the role you will be responsible for outlining business and IT requirements as well as quality assurance and testing. You will:

• Collect and communicate requirements from different stakeholders in order to gather input to the product backlog and get the business needs understanding
• Detail and verify items and requirements in the back-log
• Do quality assurance of delivered functionality together with the other members in the team
• Supporting launch and implementation of developed functionalities
  
  

As a member of the cross functional delivery team you will focus on delivery. You will work as part of the team, interacting with team managers, APO, scrum master, software engineers, application specialist and other stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to make an impact and create great value for our customers.

Proficient language skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Other skills, competences and experiences you need in order to succeed in this role:

• Experience from Insurance business is a definite plus
• Agile experience is a definite plus
• You have preferably an academic degree in an appropriate discipline
• Experiences from BPM, Product development, information modelling, test and QA methods could be valuable
• Analytical and structural skills
• Create wireframes and prototyping

Within Release & Delivery Management, we are about 40 people who support and develop each other in cross functional agile teams to deliver, not only customer and business value but also to develop ourselves as individuals and our agile way of working.
