IT Senior Portfolio Manager i Malmö

As a IT Senior Portfolio Manager you are the responsible to ensure that IT Governance is established, maintained and controlled within RSA Scandi. You will work closely with the Project Management organization and ensure projects are supported and controlled. In this position you will be part of the IT Transformation  team and report to the Transformation director. This position will be located in Malmö.

Furthermore, your job involves such activities as monitoring and reporting on projects and overall IT & GCC reporting. You are responsible for ensuring the IT Commitment is set and followed by all projects so as to ensure the programme (workstreams) achieve the agreed plans and deliverables.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensuring proper Project management tools are in place, configured and administrated as well as providing guidelines, support and training as needed
• Monitor and report Project risks, issues, dependencies to ensure adherence to the processes set up within IT. Support, train and facilitate the process for project managers. Ensure status and variances are appropriately challenged with actions associated.
• Define, document and institutionalize all standard project management processes. Maintain and Run the IT Commitment
• Responsible for Quality Management within Projects. Participation in forums with project managers to provide ongoing support, education and monitoring.
• Plan and carry out the Transformation  workplan in accordance with IT overall plan
• Continuously working with improvements and alignments with business and main stakeholders
• Process automation and monitor capabilities
• Actively support to a more open and transparent communication

Your profile:

As a IT Senior Portfolio Manager you will have the ability to establish a trusted relationship with your key stakeholders and  Project Managers , having a controllership and customer service mindset with right balance. You are an excellent communicator, proactive and result-oriented. You have previous experience PMO, leadership role and great influencing skills.

Academic education, MBA or equivalent is required. You should also have several years of relevant experience and proven Project management knowledge. You speak and write English fluently and you speak, at least one, Scandinavian language.
