Role overview

We are looking for a people manager to join our Content team at DICE. At DICE we strongly believe the people working here are our most valuable asset. DICE has a high set goal in making every individual feel unique, useful and appreciated. Your responsibility as Content Manager will be to cater for the individual’s long term career plan & development, and to achieve this you will work closely with project management and HR team.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with a team of creatives/artists to support the visual workflow for creating better games
• Individual coaching of people in your team: giving visual feedback, performance reviews and setting individual targets
• Management of resourcing & talent planning and reporting the team’s health
• Assist in identifying topics within the team that requires more training
• Participate in the recruitment process and reviewing salaries

What skills does DICE look for?

As a person you are driven, structured, like building relations and make things happen. Furthermore, you have a strong creative side, enthusiasm and are a natural leader. You have at least 2-3 years of management experience, a background in game development and multiple years of experience with content creation.
