As a CRM Project leader at H&Ms Global Marketing department, you are offered varied and exciting challenges in a workplace with short decision paths where you can take responsibility and influence from the very first moment. The CRM team is situated in central Stockholm. The group is working with quantitative analysis aimed at optimizing H&M's customer offering and communication as well as managing the Global H&M Club. The team currently consists of 12 people, 6 of which work as data scientists or analysts.

The role and job description
In your role you will be responsible for driving projects with CRM focus. You will be part of transforming our marketing to become more targeted and accurate to every customer. In this role you work closely with the CRM Strategist and Data scientists within the team. You will work in cross-functional teams and exciting projects with other functions in Marketing, Online, Store Sales and H&M Club.

In your role you will:
• Drive projects to increase targeted customer communication. You will work as a project leader of different customer activation projects within marketing. In addition, you will act as a CRM expert team member in large, cross-function strategic projects.
• Take a driving role in creating and managing our customer segmentation and audience library and strategy work together with other CRM specialists
• Take part of driving requirements and development of systems and processes that is needed for targeted customer activation.
• Present and share knowledge about customer behavior, needs and target groups for various functions within H&M.

Your background:
• 2-4 or more years’ experience in CRM and marketing with an analytical background and a business mindset.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented: Needs to be able to proactively and independently identify the needs of the company out of a CRM perspective and handle ambiguity, while also securing that the objectives of the projects are met.
• Strong analytical skills and business sense: To build solid business cases.
• Excellent communication skills: In your role you will handle multiple priorities, deliveries and stakeholders (internal and external). To succeed you need to have excellent communication skills to communicate complex information concisely to individuals and groups.
• Previous project management experience is strongly meriting but not a requirement. However, the candidate needs to be strong at work planning and also have the ability to organize multiple internal and external stakeholders across a variety of functions to work towards the objectives of the projects.
• Interest in technical solutions: IT department is an important stakeholder in most activities that the CRM team drives, why you have a basic understanding and an interest in how IT departments work and what they do.
• Our analytical teams work in R/Python/Spark/SAS and Tableau. Experience of any of these tools is a plus.
