As a Senior Legal Counsel, your main task will be to give legal advice within the Corporate and Investment Banking, Markets and Treasury product range.  

This will include drafting and negotiating documentation relating to bilateral- and syndicated loans, structured products, trading and debt capital markets as well as the bank’s funding and investment activities.

 

Merchant Banking Law Sweden ("MBLS") is part of the Merchant Banking Law unit of Group Legal and situated in Stockholm. MBLS is responsible for providing legal services to Wholesale Banking including its sub units C&IB, Markets and Group Treasury and ALM, among others mainly in Stockholm, but are also providing cross-border services to all relevant units in the Nordea Group.
