Tele2 IoT iNOC team is looking for a new IoT Technical Support Specialist to join!

Your main tasks will be:

• Perform Incident Management (e.g. troubleshooting, escalations, coordination)
• Perform Change Management
• Perform Surveillance / Monitoring of Products, Services and Customer solutions
• Provide Documentation / Logging
• Vendor and customer Interface
• Secure that provided services are fulfilled timely, efficient and with high quality

 This role is meant for You, if You have:

• Technical support or other meritorious experience, preferable within Telecom/IT
• Ability to work independently, proactively and hands on
• Fluency in English and Swedish, both – spoken and written, knowledge in any other language is meritorious
• A positive attitude and an excellent collaboration and negotiation skills
