We are looking for a Treasury Specialist to the Treasury group at H&M’s Finance Department
The Finance Department is responsible for all financial activities for the H&M Group including Treasury, Cash Management, Corporate Finance, Insurance and Incoming payment solutions for store and e-commerce. The Finance Department is based in Stockholm and Borås.
The Treasury group within the Finance Department handles the Group’s liquidity management, foreign exchange management, cash management and funding. As a Treasury Specialist, you will be involved in projects across all areas within treasury, and this position has a primary focus on liquidity management and internal funding. You will work together with 10 colleagues in Stockholm, at H&Ms office in Marievik.
Your main responsibilities as Treasury Specialist
- Forecast and analyze the cash flow positions for the group.
- Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational requirements
- Support subsidiaries with short- and long-term liquidity planning and arrange with internal funding.
- Maintain and update policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over financing activities
- Prepare reports to management
- Lead and participate in projects across all areas within Treasury
- Support subsidiaries in Treasury related questions

Your personal qualities also include:
- An academic degree within finance or accounting
- 2-5 years’ relevant work experience
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Experience of working in SAP is meritorious
