The Junior Area Facility Manager is responsible to effectively and efficiently ensuring the delivery of Facility Management (FM) Services that contributes to commercially attractive, well performing, and safe stores for customers and co-workers.
Main Tasks
What you do
Together with the Area Facility Manager, give direction, coach the Stores and contribute to making H&M the No1 Fashion destination. Actively support and enable the overall sales work including close interaction with all other Departments.
Manage and drive the Facility Management activities of the stores according to H&M values, standards, local legislation, policies and procedures. Support and monitor works and services provided from external service partners to ensure the quality and compliance of the work performed in the stores.
Main Responsibilities
Deliver operational service and projects

Support the Area Facility Manager to ensure FM operations according to the Country FM Strategy and the FM Service Scope

Secure the FM Service delivery to the Stores based on the agreed Requirements and the planned activities

Ensure contractual compliance for Service delivery from External Service Provider and Landlords including governance structure

Project lead smaller layout optimization projects
Follow up and improve
- Monitor and follow up quality performance on Store and Area level based on predefined quality measures & KPIs

Follow up on cost and invoices

Ensure Store Scorecard planning, execution, and follow up

Drive improvements and innovation projects
Organization set-up:
You will work in a matrix set-up working closely with the Area Facility Manager, Area Teams, and the Central Office Functions. The office is located in Stockholm.
Education & Experience requirements
- A Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering or Facility management is a plus but not a must
- Fluent in English, both writing and reading
- Excellent MS Office skills
