IT Service Coordinator i Stockholm

We are now looking for an IT Service Coordinator to our Infrastructure and Operations division. As Service Coordinator you will be working in the Facility Infrastructure service area and be part of our common long-term initiative to develop our service offering, processes and our way of working.

Your daily work contains a wide variety of interesting and important tasks on a global scale. Tasks include follow up delivery from our suppliers, communicate with stakeholders within and outside the organization, support projects and initiatives, follow up tasks and escalations in the area. You will work close with other teams to ensure that our shared service deliveries to our stakeholders in the countries are successful. You will also support stakeholders in Facility Infrastructure questions.

The Facility Infrastructure area is currently working towards standardization of IT room solutions and creating a global delivery model where you will contribute to establish and improve the service, processes and way of working. To be successful in this role it is important that you have the drive and capability to be part of this development. Your responsibilities

The job of an Service Coordinator at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun.

Your to do-list includes:

• Communicate and build relationships with stakeholders within and outside the organization
• Coordinate global deployment of IT room services and hardware
• Identify areas of improvement within the delivery
• Contribute to establish and improve the service, processes and way of working
• Create, maintain and communicate documentation, guidelines and presentation material
• Work together with other team to ensure our common service delivery
• Administrate and follow up tickets and incidents within the area
• Support stakeholders and projects in related subjects
• Support projects and life cycle initiatives

Your skills

And your skills include:

• Minimum 3 years of experience and knowledge of working with Datacenter/IT room services and solutions
• Experience of working with servers and/or; storage, network, racks, power, cooling, fire protection, remote environmental monitoring
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English

It is beneficial if you have experience of Process Development, Vendor Management, ITIL or ITSM.
