Your future responsibilities
As a Nordea open pages solution expert, you will train, support and collaborate with the decentral web editors and content owners of Nordea’s four Nordic customer websites for personal customers, small and medium businesses and private banking customers.

You will achieve this by empowering the editors to deliver relevant and expert content to the Nordea customers with your always high quality training and advice on design and content guidelines as well as web content optimisation possibilities.

You will also to a smaller extent be working hands-on with web publishing yourself, although the messaging and content itself will always be the content owner’s responsibility.

  • Train editors in our content management tool (SDL Tridion), plus help optimising and ensuring guides and online training material of high quality.
  • Editor support – including checking and answering requests in team common mailbox
  • Collaborate, assist and spar with stakeholders across the whole organisation
  • As an experienced user of web analytics tools and with passion for UX, you will support and drive the maturation of a data driven culture
  • Coordinate and ensure legal compliance across Nordea’s open pages

We are responsible for developing and maintaining Nordea’s corporate website, taking an overall group perspective of Nordea’s open pages, setting up and running a web editor training academy for the shared web content management system. You will be working closely with the Nordea.com web team members and together strive for an omnichannel approach to exploit synergies and align the brand and the customer journeys across channels.
