We are looking for a Strategic Partner to Nordea Finance with thorough business understanding, well developed planning and analytical skills and a high integrity.
 
This is an opportunity for you to work for the CEO of Nordea Finance and Finance Executive Management (FEM), providing strategic support as well as leading and implementing projects and initiatives.

Your future responsibilities
You’ll join Nordea Finance, where we work closely together in a global organisation to provide finance services and products to our customers throughout the Nordics.
 
What you’ll be doing:
 
  • You will play a key role in the yearly running of Nordea Finance
  • Help the CEO prepare presentation for internal and external meetings (Power Point)
  • Assist in Quarterly Review Meetings with Group Executives and Nordea Finance Board
  • You will be responsible for running the yearly cycle for our NF strategy and business planning making in a structured and proactive way
  • Seek out high level trends and future developments within Nordea Finance’s area of expertise to be able to contribute to the strategic agenda
  • Prepare high quality analyses and decision making proposal on which the executive management can make decisions
  • Answer requests from Nordea Group and the Nordea Finance Board – often with a tight deadline
  • Run smaller initiatives and projects (eg leadership seminars, analysis in New Nordea Finance etc.)
  • Stakeholder management on behalf of our unit with high degree of professionalism in order to maintain a strong reputation among both external and internal contacts

The qualifications you need:
 
  • Master degree in engineering, Business administration or economics
  • A solid business focus and preferably 3-5 years’ experience from a strategy management consultancy
  • Excellent Power Point skills and high level of “story telling” capabilities (eg. Strategy, business plan, presentations etc.)
  • Superior analytical capabilities and a strategic mind-set
  • Excellent planning, administration, facilitation and communication skills
  • Able to focus on priorities even when urgent matters requires attention and deadlines are tight
  • High written proficiency, fluent in English written and spoken and at least one Nordic language
