Corporate Finance Associate i Stockholm

Corporate Finance's products include Mergers & Acquisitions and Equity Capital Markets (IPOs, Rights Issues, ABBs). As an Associate, you will assist the project manager and lead day to day execution of transactions and marketing initiatives. In addition, you will coach Analysts.

The market for Corporate Finance products is continuously developing. Swedbank has a clear ambition to participate in this development. The strategic partnership with Kepler Cheuvreux is a key part of this ambition.

2-4 years of Corporate Finance experience. Full command of prospectus drafting, pitch book preparation and financial modelling, including valuation. Track record of closed transactions in a role as assistant project manager. Strong interest in capital markets. Personality marked by commitment, thoroughness and drive. Team player with business acumen. Academic degree. Written and verbal fluency in English and Swedish.
