Our team of Afounders consists of engaged, straight forward and fashionable people. We like to keep things simple in a smart and confident way. Why make things more complicated than that? As a Visual Merchandiser at Afound you have a BIG responsibility of creating The Style and Deal-hunting Paradise!

The role

We are looking for an Area Visual Merchandiser to join the store area team for the most exciting and ground-breaking projects ever made within the H&M group. Are you up for the challenge?

As an Area Visual Merchandiser you are responsible for together with your area team and stores create the style and deal-hunting paradise– in a way that feels engaging, fashionable and straight forward. You love being measured in sales goals. Branding a company is what you do best. You are responsible of the commercial presentation in the stores in your area, offering personal style, quality brands and unbeatable deals to reach the sales and profit goals. You implement and follow up visual guidelines and weekly commercial actions in your stores, you take visual merchandising actions on your areas KPI’s and support Afound visual team at HQ with visual development and feedback.

You secure expansion plan through planning, training and developing "visual next me"-stars through working with succession, talent and leadership development together with store managers. At store openings you secure the visual goals.

You act through our values and communicate in a straightforward way.

The Visual Afounder we are looking for
  • Have a strong and commercial eye for upcoming trends, fashion happenings and local buzzes.
  • Are proactive and make things happen - a doer who does rather than waits.
  • You love hands-on visual merchandising and seeing people grow in their visual roles.
  • You thrive in a fast-moving organization and are good at prioritizing when the wind blows.
  • Are a strong team player who is open minded and solution-oriented.
  • Are able to travel 3-4 days a week.
  • Have experience of store openings.
