We are looking for an experienced Chief Business Controller with a strong business-mindset to work as Finance Business Partner for one of the Transaction Banking Business units. This is an opportunity for you to gain in depth knowledge about Transaction Banking Business, be a key speaking partner to Senior Managment in financial matters and contribute to the future strategic direction of Transaction Banking.

Your future responsibilities
You’ll join CBB Financial Management and become part of the TxB Financial Management team. We act as true finance and business partner to Business and are responsible for the financial planning and controlling of the Business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Business planning and forecasting, including scenario analysis and business reviews
- Business controlling incl analysis, scenarios and trends, development of reporting and presentation of Financials to Management
- Proactively identifying and communicating opportunities and/or challenges of financial nature in ongoing/planned/proposed business activities
- Strategic initiatives (often as driver), including analysis, preparing business cases, follow-up reporting and financial communication
- Support on ad-hoc matters, e.g. organizational changes, new products, target transfers, KPIs
- You will be part of the management team of one of the TxB Business units and thereby have direct dialogue with senior management

Your profile and background:
- You are a number wizard that can make the numbers talk and apply them to the business context
- You are in control of details and quality but can at the same time see and communicate the big perspective in a way that makes executives listen
- You have a strong drive, work proactively, have a solution oriented mindset and ability to execute
- You have at least 5 years qualified experience of Business Controlling
- You are IT savvy and an advanced user of Excel, Powerpoint as well as the Controlling tools in the bank
- You have a Masters degree in Finance or Engineering
- You have excellent English skills
