Perfect - then you should join Klarna Services! Fraud Loss recovery is a part of Fraud Operations within Klarna Services, which acts as an internal insourcing department. Klarna strives to have customers shop anytime, anywhere with minimal hassle, which require a sound understanding of each individual customer - this is where you come in.

Klarna Services is now looking for a temporary replacement as Manager for Fraud Loss recovery due to parental leave. The position will be until 2019-10-15.

The fraud loss recovery team is one of Klarnas defences in combating online fraud. The team is accountable for the follow up of confirmed and suspected cases of fraud in all of Klarnas product portfolio. As a Manager for Fraud Loss Recovery you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a lot of internal, as well as, external stakeholders in order to make sure that we handle our errands as smoooth as possible.
In the role you will handle a lot of challenging assignments including:
    • Manage, inspire and motivate a team of 5-6 Fraud Specialists.
    • Work with your team to identify requirements, resolve errands and help drive decisions.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation, including Fraud managers, Commercial, Disputes, Product and Analytics to find the best approach for enabling business while combating fraud.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations on KPI:s and business results
To be successful in the role:
    • You have experience in successfully leading a team.
    • You have strong business understanding and enjoy handling multiple tasks.
    • You have great communication and networking skills, making sure that your stakeholders always knows what to expect and when.
    • You are motivated by variation and a high paced environment with a strong drive for innovation and a smoooth way of working.
    • You are solution oriented and probably interested in risk, fraud prevention, law proceedings and e-commerce.
