In line with our focus on zero emission and our strategy on new and innovative technologies to increase safety and underground working environment, Epiroc has decided to establish a new function, Rocvolt, with dedicated focus on Epiroc battery business. Rocvolt’s mission is to accelerate the use of electrical drivelines and to support growth of the Epiroc battery business. This will be done by collaborating with key suppliers and partners, increasing installations of electrical driveline and the increase of battery revenues with existing platforms and to develop, as well as offer added value services. Rocvolt will be a complementary business and service to already ongoing and planned technology and development activities for electrification and products in the Underground Rock Excavation division. We want to change how the industry is powered - do YOU want to join us? We are now looking for a leader to take on the central role as People and Finance Manager in Rocvolt.
Mission
As People and Finance Manager you will be a part of the Rocvolt management team and responsible for people and finance. You will cooperate close with marketing managers responsible for operations. As People and Finance Manager within Rocvolt your mission will be to enable for people to succeed with customers’ centricity and achieving business results. As People and Finance Manager you will have a key role in the team. Your role will be to develop people and the team/organization to maximize their full potential. Your role will also be to handle duties of continuous improvement and development concerning; legal matters, instructions and processes, follow up-, control and report financial status. You will also have the responsibility as a leader when it comes to salary setting, performance and development discussion, travel admin and more.
Skills and knowledge
To succeed in the role as People and Finance Manager you need to have proven leadership skills, and relevant financial knowledge. You also need to be service minded and customer centric, and show skills of understanding for the customers’ needs and always look to fulfil or exceed expectations. English is our corporate language and widely used within the organization, therefore you need to show fluent skills in English both verbal and written. Swedish is considered meritorious. You also have good administrative skills.
Personal Requirements
To enjoy working as People and Finance Manager within Rocvolt you need to be a natural leader, with a passion for developing people and team. Since you will be working within an innovative environment you need to be courageous, you dare to take the right actions and carry them through. You are well-informed and come up with solutions to make things happen. The role entails a lot of collaboration both internally and externally, therefore you need to have excellent interpersonal and communicational skills. In this role you need to be able to travel on occasion.
