We are looking for a motivated and analytical Student Analyst to join our Asset Management team in Stockholm. In this role, you will work closely with experienced colleagues across Asset Management and Investments, gaining valuable exposure to the operational and strategic aspects of managing a professional real estate portfolio.

About the role

As a Student Analyst in Asset Management, you will become an integrated part of the team and support a wide range of activities across sustainability reporting, transactions, leasing, and investment follow-up.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience within institutional real estate while developing a strong commercial and analytical understanding of the industry. You will work in close collaboration with colleagues across functions and contribute to both ongoing portfolio management and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support sustainability data management and ESG reporting by updating, validating, and analysing data across internal and external systems.
• Contribute to ensuring high-quality ESG reporting and gain insight into how sustainability data is used to support operations, compliance, and value creation.
• Participate in acquisition, divestment, and exit processes together with the investment team, including support on due diligence and transaction materials.
• Assist in preparing and updating lease agreements and support commercial processes related to tenant dialogue and leasing activities.
• Help monitor vacant spaces and support the preparation of letting and marketing materials.
• Support tracking and analysis of CAPEX investments and assist in preparing performance follow-ups and decision-support materials for the Asset Management team.
• Collaborate with colleagues across functions and contribute to ad hoc analyses and operational tasks.

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

• Ongoing university studies within Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in real estate, investments, sustainability, and financial analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and confidence working with data and digital tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.
• A structured and proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to take initiative and ownership.
