The Global Accounting team is responsible to make sure that the H&M Group can handle all business initiatives in a legal complying way and ensure that all brands and sales-channels are aligned from an accounting perspective. We are responsible for assuring that the financial reporting keeps up with the high pace of the H&M-group.
We are looking for new colleagues to the Finance Accounting Solution Team based in Stockholm. If you are interested in working as a Global Business Expert for Accounting, helping develop our accounting solutions and influence ways of working – this is the right position for you!
We lead and deliver in cross-functional projects together with colleagues from Sales, Logistics as well as our local Accounting Offices across the world. We drive our work forward in close collaboration with IT to succeed in our Business development initiatives.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop and influence our global accounting processes and ensure best practice globally
- Work closely with Central and Local Accounting to ensure that accounting requirements are covered in our system solutions
- Lead and participate with accounting expertise in cross functional projects initiated in the group to continue to develop our costumer offer
- Act as an efficient business partner to IT, Sales, Logistics and New business.

- Degree within Business Administration & Economics (or similar)

The role is wide and requires 1-4 years of relevant working experience

Strong analytical skills

Fluent in English, both in speech and writing

Good MS office skills, as design improvements need to be documented and presented

Experience from accounting process flows from a system perspective is an advantage
