Mission
The Marketing department including the product line Customized Rebuilds and Upgrades is looking for a new Business Development Specialist for our Custom Engineered Solution (CES) and Midlife services products. As our Business Development Specialist, it’s your overall mission: To drive and execute business development activities within the CES and Midlife product globally in order to grow the business or make the business more efficient according to strategies. When business situation allows you can support the team with requests for upgrades and rebuilds of equipment and vehicles from the Capital divisions and other objects where Epiroc core products could be used. You will be the case holder inside MRS and manage the work to come up with a safe profitable solution. Specific tasks and responsibilities Identify, drive and execute business development activities in order to grow the business or make the business more efficient. Work with all functions and customer centers to be the leader for smaller projects to define, plan, execute and follow-up the activities. Globally work with lead time improvement activities and forecasts of products. Globally work with process improvements, system improvements (MOL, MO system, Acign) and business follow-up tools. Contribute to implementation of new product features and benefits to fulfill customer requirements. Contribute to price list updates and CES business development. Act as project leader for bigger CES requests. Other Product Line related tasks and act as a Product Specialist if business situation allows.
Knowledge & Experience
Business administration degree or business experience from parts and service area Or Engineering degree in mechanics or similar knowledge based on experience Project Management experience and/or formal project management certification Field and application experience from mining applications Good knowledge of English, verbally and in writing is essential Excellent communication skills Well organized and able to operate independently As a team player you will share the information with your colleagues in a natural way
