Job description

·During the first year, a key responsibility will be to work closely with the MORE program in order to ensure internal controls are taken into consideration in the new way of working moving forward ·Drive the continuous improvement of Epiroc Internal Control Framework ·Be a key project team member of the selection and implementation of the new GICA Management System ·Be a key project team member of the design and implementation of scripts for Data Analytics in relationship to internal control testing ·Conduct Process Risk Assessments (process mapping, risks, control gaps, key controls, testing, methodology, documentation and tools) ·Suggest updates to Epiroc policies and guidelines, as well as to the internal audit programs ·Responsible for updating and ongoing reviews of Epiroc Key Internal Control Objectives Matrix ·Responsible for the Key Controls Testing Model (scheduling, conducting and follow-up of action plans and key controls implementation) ·Support with leading internal audits

Group Internal Control and Assurance (GICA) is currently seeking a driven individual with a can-do attitude to be part of our future Epiroc organization.

Experience requirements

The ideal candidate will have previous controlling, financial analysis and/or auditing experience. You have a good understanding of how Epiroc conducts its business as well as of Group policies and guidelines as described in The Epiroc Way. Specific requirements for this position include: ·At least 3 years of working experience in The Group ·Strong knowledge of "The Epiroc Way" and Epiroc processes ·Active participant of Group internal audits (as team member or team leader), and/or previous external audit/internal control experience outside of The Group are a plus ·Process improvement experience is a plus ·High level of both verbal and written English. Additional languages are a plus ·Great presentation skills in front of different forums (Entity, Division and Group Management) ·Excellent risk analysis skills to be able to understand and identify risks and how different internal controls work in terms of remediating these risks ·Good understanding of how financial results are derived and how different actions/parameters affect the results ·Strong awareness and acceptance of cultural differences and what the implications of those could be in work life Able to travel about 25% of the time (including weekly trips to Nacka headquarters)
