Trainee - Commercial Operations & Insights

Om tjänsten

NORNORM is scaling across Europe, and our commercial and delivery teams rely on one shared set of data to make better decisions and keep execution moving.

To support our continued growth, we are now looking for a Trainee - Commercial Operations & Insights to join our Revenue Operations team in a 6-month traineeship, with the ambition to turn it into a full-time role if the fit is right.

This is a development role for someone early in their career who wants to grow into real ownership. You will start by learning and supporting the commercial systems, data flows and performance dashboards used across our four regions, and over time take on more responsibility for running and improving them yourself.

It is an analytical, hands-on role with a clear path from supported work to genuine ownership. It will suit someone who enjoys making systems run cleanly, improving how teams work with data, and turning insights into decisions the business can act on.

What you'll be doing:

Your overall goal is to help build data and systems that the business actually uses.

You'll start by learning and supporting the day-to-day running of our core commercial systems, while producing the KPIs, dashboards and performance reporting used by our regional teams and leadership.

As you ramp up, you'll take on more independent ownership of the systems, data flows and reporting that help the business make better decisions across sales, retention, delivery and operations. We already use AI tools as part of how we work, and we're looking for someone who is curious and keen to help us take that further.

Your work will include:

  • Running and maintaining our core commercial systems day to day, including configuration, data quality, automation, integrations and the fixes that keep things working for the teams who rely on them.
  • Building and maintaining the KPIs and dashboards in our analytics platform that regional teams and leadership use to track performance.
  • Producing and progressively automating performance reporting across all four regions.
  • Supporting new builds as the function grows, including within sales, retention, delivery, operations and self-serve analytics.

What we're looking for:
  • This is a graduate trainee position, we expect a bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field.
  • An open, curious mind and real enthusiasm for working with AI and new tools. You need to be the kind of person who wants to try new systems, learn fast, and find better ways to work.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data and building dashboards or reports people can rely on.
  • Self-directed, organized and reliable, with a genuine ownership mindset.
  • Fluent English; able to work from Stockholm.

A plus, but not required:
  • Experience administering commercial or CRM systems (configuration, automation, integrations).
  • SQL or hands-on experience with a BI tool.
  • Experience in a fast-scaling or international company.

Why join NORNORM?

NORNORM is a place where early-career talent can learn fast, take on responsibility and get close to real business decisions from the beginning.

You'll join a scale-up where your work matters, your ideas are welcome and you'll be trusted to grow into more ownership over time. In this role, you'll work hands-on with the commercial systems, dashboards and reporting that help our teams run the business across Europe - while learning from experienced colleagues along the way.

We offer a collaborative, high-trust environment with short decision paths, strong learning opportunities and a culture shaped by curiosity, courage and a shared ambition to help build a more circular future.
