Customer Analyst to H&M´s Marketing Department i Stockholm

Do you like working with quantitative data and customer insights to find business opportunities? Are you ready for a new challenge? We are looking for a Customer Analyst to strengthen our Customer Analysis team!

 

The Customer Analysis team at H&M is part of the Global Marketing Department. We work with transactional and demographic customer data to optimize our offers and communication. Our goal is to build a continuously growing and loyal customer base.


We are currently looking for a Customer Analyst for our online markets. H&M have e-commerce sites in 43 markets, including the US and China. Since we are continuously expanding into new markets we want to strengthen the Customer Analysis team. You will oversee your own markets and work closely with the Media and Sales teams to support effective business decisions. You will also support different parts of the H&M Organization with insights about our customers.



Your responsibilities:

• Set targets and analyze customer base development for your online markets
• Analyze the outcome of market plans and activities from a customer perspective
• Develop customer strategies and share customer insights based on your analyses
• Suggest and support customer activities
• Develop and implement customer and marketing analysis method
• Initiate and support projects

Your skills and experience:

• Have a few years of work experience, preferably within analysis
• Have relevant university degree within business, statistics or engineering
• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Most of our analyses are done in the statistical software SAS and we visualize different reports in the data visualization tool Tableau. It is therefore a plus if you have previous experience in SAS or Tableau.
