Afound is an off-price marketplace offering a carefully selected, broad and diverse assortment of price reduced products from well-known quality fashion and lifestyle brands for women and men, from external brands as well as from the H&M group. With focus on styling and inspiring presentation, as well as attractive offerings from brands in different price segments, Afound offers a new engaging shopping experience.

The role:

• An experienced Store Manager with a high drive and passion for fashion
• Great knowledge and experience of Store Operations to ensure best customer offer
• A strong leader who has worked with developing people and find this to be an important part of the job
• You are strong in commercial presentation
• You have been a part of new store openings

Main responsibilities:

• Optimize sale based on the customers’ needs and expectations and ensure store sales target
• Ensuring staffing, daily operation procedures and maintenance of your store.
• Responsible for creating a great place to work.
• You recruit, introduce, train and develop your team.
• Collaboration with support functions to secure the right garment levels
• Analyze and follow up Sales & Profit KPIs
• Actively prevent loss together with store team

To be successful in this role you:

• Have at least 3 years of experience of retail management, including leadership of a large group
• Strong fashion awareness and commercial presentation experience
• Are a strong team player who is open minded.
• You set an example to your team with a straightforward communication skill
• You like to inspire and motivate your team
• Have a passion to optimize selling and to create a strong brand statement
• A great drive and a result-driven attitude
• Are fluently in Swedish and English
• Have a great interest in fashion!
