Enterprise Network Technician to IT department at Scania i Stockholm

Our success requires smart IT solutions due to all the digitization taking place. As a result, IT department in Scania will be an important player in this change process. We are now looking for a Network Technician with significant interest in smart infrastructure solutions, agile working methods and feel a tension to work with solutions for machinery and production equipment.

You work among others will cover:

• You will take lead in development, design and implementation work, in close collaboration with production and suppliers
• Implement and handle capacity planning, quality and capacity measurement
• Develop and lead the work to automate recurring tasks (ex: scripting bash, power shell, python etc)
• Improve existing solutions and looking into new technologies and tools that could make us or our customer more productive

Your profile

Scania CV AB is a global company and you like to work multicultural. You have experience to work with distributed teams, have a passion for the Network area and have a good theoretical and practical experience in routing, switching, firewalls and wireless. You have Cisco CCNP certification and work experience in this roll. You are structured and have good planning skills. You are eager to get new knowledge and passionate about sharing knowledge. As person you like challenges and are technically driven. You feel comfortable working closely with developers/technicians and learning from each other. You are a team player, but are also capable of working independently.

As the corporate language is English, you need to be proficient in written and spoken English. Good Swedish in spoken and written is a merit
